At BacksplashX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund guidelines:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • We accept returns for unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Only full box products that are unused and in original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.
    • We do NOT accept returns for leftover sheets or partial boxes.

  2. Return Procedures:

    • Please review our return policy thoroughly before initiating a return request.
    • If your products meet the return policy requirements, you may contact us to begin the return process.
    • Kindly provide clear photos showing the condition of the tiles and packaging you wish to return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return warehouse address.
    • After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number for reference.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned products, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will not be issued for tiles that are damaged during return shipping. Please ensure that returns are properly packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
